Warranty

EdgeDiveTech provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser against all defects in original workmanship and material under normal use and service as outlined in the owner's manual for 3 years from the date of purchase, with the following exceptions:
1. Any flood or damage, for any reason, that is caused from flooding an O-ring sealed or water tight area will not be covered under warranty. All O-ring sealed products undergo extensive factory pressure testing before being shipped and delivered and are therefore guaranteed to be sealed and functioning when shipped from the factory.
2. All batteries and chargers are warranted with the original battery/charger manufacturer.
3. EdgeDiveTech will not be liable for any loss, damages, or expenses including incidental or consequential damages directly or indirectly arising from the sale or use of the product.
4. All paint finishing, powder coating, material stitching that is chipped, damaged, or unthreaded through customer use is not covered in the warranty.
5. EdgeDiveTech does not warranty any product for aesthetic finishes. Issues with surface finishes that do not affect function of the product are not covered under warranty.
6. A 1 year warranty on all electronics.
Should your light prove to be defective within the terms of the warranty, it will be repaired or replaced (at EdgeDiveTech’s discretion) free of charge with the exclusion of shipping and handling charges. EdgeDiveTech will not be responsible for any shipping charges to or from EdgeDiveTech LLC.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your EdgeDiveTech purchase, please call 1-425-673-9400, or email returns@edgedivetech.com to request a return. You must obtain an RMA number from us within 7 days of receipt of the unit to avoid a 25% restocking fee. The unit must be unused and returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. EdgeDiveTech has 7 days from receipt of the returned unit to examine and verify the unit has not been used in any way. If EdgeDiveTech determines the unit has been used, you will be charged the 25% restocking fee.
