The folks at EdgeDiveTech have done it again! In response to multiple requests for a compact ROV mountable metal detector, they have released their ‘Edge Detector’. SEE the World’s Brightest Underwater Light in Action

EdgeDiveTech announces the arrival of a promotional video detailing the Ultra200 Video Lighting System. Filmed at night in the waters of the Pacific Northwest, where visibility is often dim anyway, this video shows how the Ultra200 lights up the water as if it were daylight in the tropics. The biggest benefit of the Ultra200 is that there is no hotspot, making it ideal for video. The 6500k light source provides 9000 lumens from each of 2 light heads.

Using the latest in LED lighting technology and some old-fashioned ingenuity, EdgeDiveTech's chief designer has lit up the undersea world with two new products. The Edge Ultra100 has a burn time of 2 hours, is rated to a depth of 500ft (152m) and features wet connections between light head and canister, making it possible to change battery canisters underwater.
